OME 10mm Trim Packer issue - need advice

About a week ago I had 4wheel parts install a set of Bilstein 5100s front and rear with an additional 10 mm Old Man Emu trim packer on each rear OME150PR10. The truck drove great however yesterday I made a right turn in my neighborhood and heard a spring make a popping sound. When I got home I noticed the driver's side trim packer had slipped off center (confirmed later at shop). This resulted in about a .25" sag on the driver's side. The passenger's side had slipped a bit off center as well but wasn't nearly as bad.

So now, it's at the shop for resolution. I really want a mild lift and want to move away from the trim packers. Ideally I'd like to find a set of rear coils that raise the truck about 1" as the front is set to .85". The closest I can find is from Wheeler's off road T13 - would yield 1.5". Any suggestions appreciated.

Doesn't really make sense. I have a 3/4 spacer in the rear on the DS, 5/8 on the PS to compensate for the natural lean. Both are exactly where I put them about 8500 miles ago. Not normal for spacers to shift or move like that.

If they installed the trim packers correctly, I don’t see how they could of moved “off center”.....look at this pic. The bump stop keeps the spacer centered. Did they incorrectly install the spacer on top of the bump stop??

Eibach makes 1" rear lift spring now, cheapest option on the market too! Installed a pair Friday night. Height seems similar to the T13s I have(which lifted mines 1.25").

I can only assume that they weren't installed correctly. I had put on daystar spacers on my 4th generation myself, drove it for a year and then the local Toyota dealership certified it after I traded it in.

Did you do Eibach's on both the front and rear? - also what shocks are you running?
