Toytec/OME 3" here also with 33's

882s and 883s are very stiff without extra weigfht from skids, bumper, winch, ect.. You will get a lot of wheel bounce on the road and feel every bump.the 881s without top spacers will give you ~1-1.5" of rake if used with 890s. How much payload capacity are you talking? I love my 891s with ~400-450 extra lbs. In the back.

maybe 300 + at the most. I think the 881/890 combo will work for me.
Right now the 880/5 mm trim packer puts me 1/8 inch from the guy who started this thread. We shall see.

I'm wondering the same??? Sig says 882 but original post says 881.

OP please clarify... my Pops just got a 98 4Runner and trying to help him find the right OME setup.

Thank you for the fast reply... so with no spacer you're lifted 1.5" front and 3" rear? It doesn't look like it's raked that much. Looks great.

You can also use the top spacers with 880s to get ~2" of lift (FYI).

Brian I had someting different, when they installed the 881's when I asked for 882's I only had 1.5" of lift. then with the 882's and front bumper (no winch installed yet) I am around 2.5".

3 in the back with the 890's, but that will change next week when I get my CBI rear hopefully.

The amount of lift is an average estimate since it depends on what stock coils you had before (year) and how worn out they were. I got 3" with 883s (which are shorter than 882s) even with my ARB and Budbuilts. If mine was a '99, I would have got an inch less of height difference. It seems that most people get about 3.5" with 882s and ~3" if they have a bumper and winch.

It could be that your CBI front bumper is heavier than other bumpers like ARB and that's why you aren't at 3". Or it could be that your stock coils were less worn than usual or maybe they were tall like the 99s, or a combination of the 3. When my coils were changed out back in '01 under the recall, the ones they put it were taller than than the originals by about an inch. So there is some leeway in the numbers.
