OME Suspension System and Tire Question

Hey guys, just a quick question. I'm putting on the OME suspension 881 front with 890 rear and soft valving shocks on 99 limited. Currently I have on a set of 265/70/16 on SCS F5 with 3.50 BS and -25 Offset and my question is would I be able to run 275/70/16 with the lift.

The lift is 1.5 inches front and I believe over 2 inches in the rear.
