On my s2000 I had the previous owner had installed some autoloc devices that would automatically power down both windows and the top when you hit the top down button. I was wondering if there was a possibility of doing that for all 4 windows and back glass on my 2000 4runner. Maybe I would need one of the autoloc 18 programmable deals to do it. Any thoughts?

If you can find some for a decent price, the viper/DEI 530t modules will give you automatic up and down functions. You don't need the alarm for them to work. They discontinued those recently and now only have the 529t which only works with the alarm remote and doesn't give you the one touch up and down.
