So after the list I realized I needed to replace the bushings on the front shocks. When I took it off this happened. Thank God It waited till I was working on it anyway.

I must say having had two vehicles with auto lockers in the past I'm very impressed with the center diff lock in this rig, yes it's no locker but it does really good!

Awesome you got ur lady involved! Please use a face shield and eye glasses, face shields are a must in my shop, just saying.

She has eye protection and she was only cutting plastic so she was good to go, I agree though I have had slag in my eye it's no fun.

Got myself a futon for $25, looks like I'll be making a platform soon.

Well I just bought the most expensive part of my whole build to date. Tires! 265/75/16 and I mounted them on my tundra wheels.

I have a steel bumper just need to modify it to fit. Haven't had time is all

Very cool. I thought I got a good deal on mine for $2650, now I feel like I got robbed lol.

I got my hands on an air compressor and 1gallon tank. This is where I'm going to mount it. It will only come on and pressurize if I tell it to using a switch. Anybody have pictures or ideas of how to mount it?

Been a while since I updated this. I have now taken the 4runner on 2 hunts, to las Vegas Nevada (where I off roaded at Apex), and I went through Yosemite and the Sequoia forest before Disney Land. Then back home to New Mexico. I have added a rola roof rack and I just got some bilstien 5100's for the 4runner. Im thinking the third perch.

So after testing on both the lowest 5100 setting and the second setting I decided the lowest gave me the best ride height. Even with the heavy bumper. And the ride quality and flex on the front is hands down better. I also replaced the upper and lower ball joints on the driver side with Napa`s higher end parts. Never again will I go auto zone for ball joints. Not after it failed after only 7000 miles.

7000 miles! AutoZone lower. Lucky I was in a parking lot when it happened.
