I haven't bought a ton of aftermarket parts but in college I had a POS chevy truck that always needed something. I wasn't terribly impressed with the Autozone stuff. I guess it worked for a little while but if it's for a car I plan on keeping a while I'll get OEM if the price isn't too outrageous. If OEM is outrageous I'll generally go to NAPA second. After NAPA I go to O'reilly's. Autozone is last. The only thing I buy regularly at Autozone is stuff like oil.
My wife's Jeep needed new front rotors and pads. I read good things about the NAPA premium rotors on some Jeep forums so I put those on with Adaptive One pads . That was about 6 months ago and I've got zero complaints about them. No noise at all and stopping power is at least as good as OEM.
