Opinions on 98 4runner with locker for parts

Found a 98 Anthracite T4R 198k with locker. Frame rust some fading on tops. Leather looks redone interior in really good condition $1500. I want a locker ..Buy or pass for parts? Even the wheels look good

Buy or pass for parts?

Maybe buy? Especially if there’s a lot you can use or part out. If it’s JUST for the locker... I don’t know about that. You could go aftermarket for less, right?
