Opinions on these rims...

Saw these on craigslist. Price seems a little high. Anybody run these on a 4runner? I have the factory split 3 spokes which I dont really care for. I would like to find a set of the 5 spoke style that came on 00's - 02's (maybe other years too) but cant seem to locate any.

I think theyll look better then the ones you have (first thing I changed too), but they arent very good looking wheels. Id also suggest if you are looking to change. move up to a 17 or 18. I went from what you have now to 17s and I think even that +1 made a huge difference in appearance

try and go with something wider if you plan on anything bigger than a stock tire cuz you cant safely put anything bigger on a 7 inch wide rim. do with some steel rims from summit racing.com for like 50 bucks a pop

Anything is better than the wheels you got. Just got some that came off a Tundra for 120 on CL. It took me awhile of steady looking but I found them.:bravo:

Yea, but you are in Chicago and I'm in Oregon. Shipping would not really be worth it I imagine.

The biggest tire I would go with are 285's, but I am already running 265's so I think a stock wheel would be okay.

im running 285s not mud tires but there stock 5 stars with just a 1/4'' spacer up front and its fine

You can definitely find a better deal on those wheels. I just picked up a set of 2000 4Runner SR5 wheels for $100 off craigslist. They look brand new and don't have any curb rash or anything. I'd hold off and see if you can find a better deal.

I live up in jackson hole wyoming part time. idk if that would be better. im sure u can pick some up locally
