Opinions? Worth $3500?

I have a chance to pick this 1991 up for $3500. It has 342k kilometers or 212k miles on a 22re. I know that's high, but plan on replacing with a diesel when the motor goes anyway.

What do you guys think? Good deal? I'm new to the 4runner game.

It's a nice clean truck, looks to be well kept. I'd say 3500 is on the high side of fair. 212k is not a lot of miles for that motor, by the way... that's just getting broken in.

Looks like the owner(s) took very good care of that T4R. Check it over top to bottom for anything that might bring the price down.

I'd say buy it, but of course try and talk the price down before you commit.

X2 I'd offer 2500 and see if he bites but I'm biased I bought my 94 Runner for $2000 mine has a 22re with 5 speed

thats a bloody nice truck! here in aus people ask 4000 and up for nice 4runners, to give you an example i just sold an unregistered 91 model in average condition for 3100. dunno what it is about them here but they demand a higher price!

Assuming Canada is a rust-prone area, and this seems to have none, that seems like nearly a slammin deal to me.

I'd be happier payin 3 though.

Another thing to consider on this that I just noticed.. The tires are not matching. Take this into consideration when negotiating. Tires that size don't come cheap
