OPT7 Fluxbeam X LED headlights question

Anyone using them and if so what do you think. It looks like i need the 9003 H4's for my 2002 4 Runner SR5. Are they only a single beam or do they still do both high and low beams? Any feedback would be great, thanks.

I use them and think they are pretty solid. They do high and low.

Love mine. Mine are both High/Low.
