Options for Limited upgrades

I found a lightly used TRDP suspension for $700 and removed XREAS which was much too firm for me. I like the slightly softer ride both on road and off and it handles bumps way better. I can still hustle the truck and it feels very stable whereas I found the XREAS keeps the truck flatter but gets skittish on bumps. Now the suspension works like it should IMO. The only down side was it is not as firm towing, but just feels like a previous generation truck. Also dumped the running boards and got TE rims.

I will be starting to plan my next mod's over the winter.

I ditched the XREAS on mine when I put on the toytech lift and new wheels/tires. I'll echo other's comments that I felt the ride quality improved a great deal. I also had to trim up the fender wells a bit and ended up ditching the lower trim when I put on my nerf bars...

Ive done some basics to mine so far. LED lights front and rear. BAJA fogs in amber. A few sets of wheels (Stock 20s, AT 17s, Snow 17s). Next is sliders and skid plates. I am not lifting it as its tippy enough at stock height. May add some electronics such as sat phone and perhaps some gun racks in the rear. For recovery I have a small bag of stuff, but plan to add portable warn rear hitch mounted winch and also a small VIAIR portable compressor for airing up and down. That should cover most of the basics good enough.

Just seeing this thread and know its been a while. I have a 2019 Limited Nightshade and need some expertise on what I can do to mine since I have the Xreas as well. Was hoping to change tires/rims, add skid plates, upgrade shocks (if Xreas will allow) and hoping that will give me some added height since limited has the extra low bumpers....and I cant seem to find any rock sliders that will work with the rocker panels on Limited. Did you ever get any good direction? Thank you

You can have xreas removed if you want to replace the suspension.

You can also look into the "trail edition" rocker panel mod if you want to install sliders. You can use either OEM parts or Schrockworks rocker panels.

You will need to research heavily into whether any of the sliders you're interested will be compatible with the xreas lines.
