Use your stock LED's from your old stock head unit and you will be fine. The voltage difference between the green and orange LED's is approx .1 volts. Since you probably will have the voltage lowered by the lighting knob on the dash, voltage would not be a problem. When I recieve my NAV unit this is the first thing I'm going to do before installing it. I'll let you know how it went.

I actually already tried it with an old Tacoma radio I had laying around. It is time consuming but is quite easy. I'll let you know how it goes. I should be digging into mine when it arrives in a week.
thanks,
Jeff
