anyone want to recommend a good independent shop , preferbally salem to Eugene, would consider elsewhere.
I am working crazy hours and wont get a chance to do the work myself till Novemeber if lucky.
what I want done is the TBU, rebuild the rears as well ( cylinders too) and maybe even do the rear wheel bearings as preventative, done correctly as shown on the forum (176k on it now)
stainless brake lines, Must be mostly Toyota parts, the calipers can be rebuilds
I can supply the parts too and if needed leave the truck for a week. My days off are Mondays and Tuesdays, if I get a day off. Havent had a full day off since June. ( Havent even had the chance to get on the forum for over a month)
I would also consider Bend as that is only 50 miles from me, Portland, maybe, but my son's home is in the valley and he could pick me up on drop off and loan me a car for a week. Bend or portland I would maybe have to do a rental car for a week.

Independent trustworthy member here too would be considered

might even consider a locker or limited slip at the time depending on my wallet and the labor costs.

I would talk to either Toyonlyswaps in Creswell (they specialize in Toyotas but last time I was there, they seemed really busy), or Randalls Automotive in Eugene (My family and I have used them for many years, and they are very trustworthy)

Just got off the phone with Toyonlyswaps, and they said they are swamped with engine swaps and don't have an opening for a couple months.

actually I am meeting him this coming Monday, he is going to do the tbu some other work and install an elocker for me in 10 weeks, I'm going to thorw pads on it to get me through until then
