I'm an hour + away, going to ATL the 12th for medical reasons. I'll be glad to make an in person stop and deliver greetings for you guys. I REALLY like the design factor as well and would consider buying the parts to weld if the price is right. When I add all the bells and whistles I want it approaches the 1500.00 mark. If you dream, dream big! Seems the price has increased as he has waded through company names. Maybe he has figured out how to make them at a profit and turn them out. I would like to see his shop anyway. I feel the clout all the various forums should have on reputation should be valued by him but the world has many different individuals to comprise it. You never know, women, drugs, sex, rock and roll....maybe a turning point has come. :rant: It did seem that if someone was insistent and close they got their product.

P. S. I'm in on your thread now, looking forward to it. What did you do with the white one? Bring it to me and pick up your bumper. lol

I'm hoping my saving grace is I ordered it as a kit so I could get it faster. So I'm doing the welding myself so bad welds or not lining up shouldn't be an issue since I can compensate. I'll keep everyone updated. Thanks!
 
Got the rear leafs installed tonight!!! Still waiting on the heavy duty front torsion bar so I can raise the front. I had to use Auto Zone u-bolts, but I'm going to order OME ones and greasable shackles soon.

Stop by there and let me know your thoughts. I feel pretty confident he's gonna ship a good product and the pricing was fare. They were willing to make several modifications per my request, so hopefully everything else goes as promised.

Still have the white one and I'm gonna sell it once I'm sure I don't need anything off it. :) I'd hate to let it go and discover I now had to track down a part for the black one.
 
Ok everyone I need help finding parts.

At some point Pepe has had a front and rear end collision and I need a new front crossmember and side fender "support/members". I also need the rear light box area. Not sure if I'm using the right names. At any rate it's all out of alignment pretty bad and a body shop says replacing it all is the best course of action. I've searched online and I can't find anything past fenders.

I'm hoping I can do the work my self since I was quoted $2,500+ from a shop.

EDIT: I need the entire front light housing assembly as well.
 
Damn. I saved my torsion bars cause they were one great hunk of metal. Definitely higher carbon content or something. Grinding wheels didn't hurt it like mild steel. I can't imagine what upgraded ones would be like *dizzy*

No spacers right now. Was advised a lot that it's not a good idea. If I can go up 2" with the bars I'd be happy I think. ;) Going to also replace all the bump with lower ones to help with articulation.
 
That 2" is from cranking the t bars which will result in less travel and a stiffer ride.

Adding BJ spacers would have given you the 2" while keeping the travel.
 
I added 2.5" spacers up front with my Ironman suspension and it's nice.

The original suspension was toast so it was a welcome upgrade!

Also, it helped to level the front to the rear because the rear springs lifted the back end up quite a bit.
