Outer Banks rentals??

I was wondering if any of you either rent or know of someone who rents a condo or house on the outer banks. I am looking to head down there for a week or two sometime in July or August.

I went in 2010 and 2011. We rented from Outer Banks Rentals | Outer Banks Vacation Rentals | Corolla Vacation Rentals | Duck Vacation Rentals | OBX NC Rentals. Different houses different years. This is far north "Corolla" in the OBX. nice area though.

My boss's uncle used to rent out a house in Hatteras Village but I do not know if it is still happening. It was a big pricey house (>$3000 weekly).

My family goes to OBX practically every summer for the last 6 years. It's a blast as there isn't much to do. you get a chance to truly relax and enjoy the time away. Just a heads up, a lot of places will be rented already so you may not have a great selection for this summer. It all depends on what type of house you are looking for and how close/far from the beach you would like to be. We rent the larger 8-10 bedroom houses and try to stay by the beach.
