Output speed sensor

Anyone know where it is located? Is the photo the output speed sensor?

The transfer case no longer has a speed sensor. The ECU uses the ABS signals to calculate speed. If you want to adjust the speedometer, you need to modify all 4 channels of the ABS system I think. I'm not totally sure if it requires all 4, but I'd guess that it does. It's possible you could modify the signal to the speedometer needle inside the multi display assembly. I'm not sure how the signal to the display is converted to a needle position.

Yep, on the Tundra I used a device in the cluster that adjusted the speed displayed when I upsized the tires.
