Speaking of sneak peek.... Saw this while Demello was setting up. Hopefully it's an early prototype, because I was not impressed with fit and finish and attention to design details. The pieces under the headlights do not meet up with the upper Grill and the metal forming was kind of sloppy.

Hey Okki--
Since I am on the hunt for possible bumper options besides shrockworks (I don't like how their bumper filler piece in the front middle looks on the '14's, plus their delays on production).... I can confirm it is a one-off prototype put together a week before the overland expo. That is a total protoype there that is currently a rough, one-off design and is in the process of being tweaked on several fronts.
 
Sundog7121 was wondering about all the shemags that he was seeing around the expo. (I EE . Those middle eastern looking scarfs)... So we showed him how to wear it dust storm style.

I mentioned southern speed in a previous post. I also mentioned that they did a nice job on a GX470. Below is a picture of their bumper for that truck.

RCD offered a very nice bacon pancake and champagne breakfast. It was also a great way to show off their 800 lbs (extended) load carrying tray. They are custom build to suit your application and needs. Plenty of tie down holes too

I may seriously consider this for a pull out beside the Equipt pull out with a fridge .

AT trailers start at $7600 without wheels and every option has a hefty price tag. I have purchased from them a max coupler hitch and will be getting their 19 gallon water reservoir for my trailer. I have the Jumping Jack trailer and will be upgrading to their new one coming out mid June. That way, I will have a narrower wheelbase, a little smaller tent and will be able to match my wheels with my truck. At the price, they have a very good entry level trailer IMO.

Thanks Okki! Definitely needs a little fit and finish to make it right. The trim pieces need a little more, but still like the design! I'd definitely like to see the trim reworked (keeping the dimple die), where it mates to the fender it looks like it need a little work also.

I gotta look into Southern Speed Style. Maybe someone pretty local will make the drive!!
 
Very spotty signal here (outside moab). Loved the pronghorn products. Wife liked the bumper too. Lots of people telling them to do a 5th Gen 4Runner next.

Here are the photos I took of the TRD Pro 4Runner that I found in the parking lot at the Overland Expo. REALLY NICE! MotusWorld had it for the week as they are doing a test and review. I have to say the color is so much better in person. The front end is lifted what seem to be equivalent to a 3 inch lift based on eye-balling the lower control arm angles and clearance while parked next to a 3 inch lifted 2012 Taco. I did not have a tape measure. The rear end really needs another 1 inch of lift at a minimum if not a bit more. Can't wait to hear more from MotusWorld regarding their test of the truck.

That said, this Overland Expo was the best one yet!

LOL.... Yeah, that probably sounded worse then I meant it. Think about it this way.... You have some great pictures on here... In person it just still looks even better :tea: pictures don't do it justice.

That's actually very true. I can't get a picture that looks the same as what it looks like in person. Believe me, I've tried and given up trying. Too much detail that I can't get or capture all wrong. It is much nicer in person. Lol, was just teasing you anyway on the last post. I feel the same as you do.

Lurked on ur dynamic panic thread. We've been in some of the same spots. Superlift OHV park in Hot Springs, and I park in the same garage when in the Quarter. Can't believe u fit there. Had to tuck away the CB antenna last time there and luckily the hi lift mounted on the rear bumper barely cleared.
I usually ride with LA 4x4 local but would like to have more options if you guys have room. Send a PM when u have time please.
Like your build too.
