Overland Expo in Flagstaff, AZ

We went for the whole weekend last year, and we're going on a day pass this year and looking forward to it. Last year was hot, windy and the location had some issues, so I'm happy to see it up North this year. Some of the classes were really good, seeing the new product from all the vendors was cool and seeing all the amazing trucks and meeting some fascinating people was my favorite part. We were really unhappy with the camping situation last year so we sorted out our own arrangements this time and we'll be there on Saturday and probably do some trails around the area on Sunday. The camping might be better at the new location but we didn't want to take any chances since we've got 2-3 other trucks coming with us this time.
 
I'm gonna do my best to make it out this year. All I hear are great things about this event. Last year I couldn't get the time off work, this time I believe I can. It also helps it's more north and not right on the border like before
 
If I can get the wife to take Friday off, we may drive out there and spend Saturday at the expo and drive back home Sunday. Would love to see all the trucks and gear in one place
 
Boys! When is the expo? My new TE is itching for a lift and it would awesome to get some first hand info.

Anyone else going? I'll be there saturday, and spending the week prior exploring southern Utah and norther Arizona.

I'm considering flying in, renting a car to see the Expo, and then driving the rental back here to the Valley. If my 4Runner is ready to go beforehand I may make the drive out; if not, I'm not taking my Raptor and will be flying in. We should probably plan a meet-up there once the date draws a bit closer.
 
This is perfect! I already have a camping trip planned for that weekend just South of the Expo.

I'll be camping at Stoneman lake over the weekend, and I plan to spend the day on Saturday at the Expo. I'll just buy a day pass at the gate.

Going. It's the 17-19th of May, not the 18-20th as someone previously posted.
