Toyota codes lists this as a possible cause. Anyone able to fill me in on the "fuse" reference?

Bank 1 Sensor 1 circuit fuse

Are you sure its P0031?

P0031- Oxygen (A/F) Sensor Heater Control Circuit Low (Bank 1 Sensor 1)

That's what I get from ScanGauge. I'm bringing to my reliable shop on Thursday for an overdue timing belt/water pump. What I posted was from Toyota Codes as a 3rd or 4th cause. I never heard that explanation before which is why I asked.

Getting ready for a road trip. Denver south to the southern coast, drive the coast to Naples, FL and spend some time with a friend, then head back whatever way we choose at the moment.

Well the DTC is basically saying that Bank 1 Sensor 1 Air Fuel Ratio Sensor heater circuit has an issue. Most of the time a DTC like that trips its the sensor itself.
