Hello all, so I’ve got a 2015 SR5 with 112000km (69000 miles) About 5 months ago I replaced my Spark plugs, with oem plugs picked up at Toyota. Ever since I’ve been getting these 2 codes randomly usually upon deceleration to a stop light after being on the highway/ higher rpms for long period of time. (Bank 1 and 2 running lean) I took every plug back out. And double checked everything on the vacuum lines and air pump connections that I had apart, everything looks good and all boats torqued back up. I can’t find any hoses that possibly were pinched, or damaged either. Cleaned the MAF. I do have a URD maf calibrator that I have since disconnected. The wife drove it yesterday and they popped up again.
Luckily I have the Kenwood 876s which I’m able to clear codes and they usually never come back for a couple days. It’s more of a nuisance, and I’ll need to get fixed soon as I am possibly going to be forced to sell it here soon.
