Hi, I ran through every conceivable option from printed circuit to all sensors being replaced to even blowing compressed air in the tone ring cavities (which worked once before), but ultimately tried opening my abs ecu because of your post.
My abs ecu was clean and no visible damage however. Ended buying an eBay abs ecu anyway and installed it and immediately coded and lights were gone and Speedo is working perfect.
So just a heads up that the ecu might not be visibly damaged but it still is the problem even though it looks the part visibly.
Thanks again for your post.

I think I have found my problem. On a hunch I opened up the ABS ecu to examine the PCB board for damage. Im getting deja vu from my ECU problem last year.
