P1128 After hard hit on a dune

Any ever had this code pop up? P1128 Throttle lock control

I was at pismo this last weekend and did something stupid and tried to go up a dune on a really bad line. I hit the bottom of the dune really hard causing it to bottom out, hard. Got half way up and had no throttle response. backed down had all three lights on, motor running but no throttle control. It just sat there idling. Shut it down started it back up and went under the hood to manually throttle up and it responded as expected. Got in, cleared the code with my scan gauge and all is well.

Has anyone ever had that code pop up? My gut tells me it thought I was in a minor crash and shut down the throttle, but who knows.

Throttle Control Motor Lock Malfunction
CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION
Throttle motor is operated by the ECM and it opens and closes the throttle valve. The opening angle of the throttle valve is detected by the throttle position sensor which is mounted on the throttle body and it provides feedback to the ECM to control the throttle motor in order the throttle valve opening angle properly in re- sponse to driving condition. If this DTC is stored, the ECM shuts down the power for the throttle motor and the magnetic clutch, and the throttle valve is fully closed by the return spring. However, the opening angle of the throttle valve can be controlled by the accelerator pedal through the throttle cable.
INSPECTION PROCEDURE
HINT:
Read freeze frame data using TOYOTA hand-held tester or OBD II scan tool. Because freeze frame records the engine conditions when the malfunction is detected. When troubleshooting it is useful for determining whether the vehicle was running or stopped, the engine was warmed up or not, the air-fuel ratio was lean or rich, etc. at the time of the malfunction.

Remove the intake air connector.

Visualy check throttle valve.
Check whether or not a foreign body is caught between the throttle valve and the housing.

Remove a foreign body and clean throttle body.

Replace throttle body.
