P1300 cel

I have a 99 4runner SR5 with 200k miles on it that has been going through some misfire conditions. About 4 months ago I replaced the plugs and wires and one coil pack that was acting up. That took care of the misfire for a while. It came back and robbed the truck of power about 2 months ago and I've finally replaced two fuel injectors. Before I did that, I was getting P0303 consistantly. I pulled that plug at it was coated in soot.

I replaced that plug again and the coil on cylinder 3 and the fuel injector on clyinders 2 and 3. Checked the compression on cylinder 3 and it was about 140 - same as cylinder 5. Put it all back together, cleared the codes, now I'm getting P1300 - igniter malfuction clyinder 1 but no misfire codes.

Did I break a wire somewhere? did I break the igniter? Any help would be appreciated.

it turns out that the p1300 code went away when I finally fixed the fuel injector issue. Those o-rings on the top of the fuel injectors are a pain in the butt. I would advise to anybody to make sure that you lube the o-ring first with petroleum jelly or some lucas fuel additive.
