Paint for center caps?

Hi, I want to repaint the center caps on my 4 runner, as mine have serious road rash. Has anyone redone these? Does anyone know the right color and type of paint to use?

I use Duplicolor arctic silver for my center caps and I'm in the process of finishing mine up with the "T" painted red. I then clear coat the whole cap with several solid coats.

Ron, sounds like that will look really good! How are you going to paint just the "T"? Be sure to post some pictures once you're done.

I've been messing with my center caps for quite some time now. As of this moment I just stripped the paint completely off so they're bare. And I'm getting ready to repaint. I originally did them in a mettalic silver from diplicolor and imo they're a little too silver (light) if you know what I mean. So I'm looking for the best factory match that diplicolor makes. I keep hearing that arctic silver is the one but I haven't found a picture of it yet. If it's that dark charcoal color i'm not so sure that's the color i'm going for personally.

I definitely want the one that matches the rim...

Anyone know the code and have pics??

I used Argent silver that I had left over from painting my Buick grill. It doesn't look bad but its not an exact match. Its only obvious in direct light and it looks a lot better than yellow coming through.

We have an O'Reileys here in Tulsa, I've taken in different parts to have them match the paint then mix up a spray can of paint, total cost is like $25 but they usually match the paint perfectly....I'm guessing if you have a parts store in your area, call them and see if they do the same thing....
