Painted my Titanium Metallic Sport Wheels Black

Painted my wheels on my 2006 T4R Sport V8 4x4 gloss black yesterday. Not my best paint job ever, but i don't care that much because they'll get scratched up before long from gravel/ice/dirt/snow. What do you guys think?

Looks like you did a good job, it's not for me, but that's what makes us different!

Um...need a lift, new tires. Also appears you painted the front grill center as well. I'm looking at doing something with my front grill and am taking cues!

you should powdercoat them instead

For some reason the black wheels accented the fact that I need tires and lift, am planning in the future.

As far as powdercoat, not willing to spend that much money on a purely cosmetic modification, i think they look great spraypainted, i can touch up future nicks and scratches...****.

Looks good but I think one thing that you need is to paint you headlights black. It makes a huge difference in looks IMHO. Definitely worth the work, which really isn't very hard.

Looks great! I'm doing this soon just a little rattle can job before powder coating/new wheels. LIFT IS NEEDED THOUGH :thumb3:

Don't worry, that is definitely on my todo list. In fact, I looked at your pictures a lot when deciding whether or not I wanted to paint my wheels. I painted my wheels on my car a few years back and liked the results, I also blacked out the headlights on my RSX and my G35, LOVED the results on both, every car should ship from the factory with blacked out headlights (although then my car wouldn't look so much cooler when I did it).

Thanks guys! a year from now I'll have some 265/70 A/Ts, a leveling kit, blacked out headlights, tinted windows, who knows what else!

Last time I said that, one year later I had a 3.5" lift, 285/70 mud tires, and a shrockworks bumper on order instead haha:guitar2:
