They use a filament bulb, the only thing that's LED are the brake lights. I'll let you have them for $60, I originally paid $120 for them from www.burtmanindustries.com

You know I've been wanting to see those on a black 4Runner, but since you've got white. I think these would look better.

Someone on yotatech said they saw the black LED tails on a white 4Runner and that they didn't look too good. But I'd have to see them myself to judge them, because everybody has there own opinion.

well, i just thought the smoke would contrast well with my white Runner...
and i kinda think the regular ones look too stock...

Yeah they are made to resemble the 01-02 OEM tails, except they're LED like the 06-08 4Runner tails. But yeah if you got the black tails I would suggest getting the black headlights & corners as well. Black Pearl emblems & black rims would look good too. Maybe some 20"s or 22"s if that's your style?

ha, no, im 4WD like you, i just wanna use mine more. lol.
my Runner's a '96, though, so im just looking for ways to make it look a little bit newer. i'm hoping to buy an off-road bumper to replace my dented one. if that doesnt work out, i'll get a new stock one off of ebay along with some clear bumper lenses.
i was also already plannin on gettin some of those black headlights with the clear corners. and obviously, talkin to u about the LED tails. lol.
about the black pearls, how much would it cost to get some of those? i dont have a problem with my gold emblems in the back, but im not a fan of the one in the grille...
as for wheels, the only think i need for those is some new center caps. or a good paint job for the caps. mine are realllllly bad chipped.

Yeah you should definitely get the blacked out headlights, I saw them on a white 4Runner on yotatech, and they look good! Get in touch with Jason Burtman, I believe he can get the black pearl emblems, not sure on the price though..
