Painting the trim

Hey guys, Ive got a 98 Runner with the Limited trim its Anthracite in color (the brownish gray one), anyways I want to paint the brush guard things, the trim, the bumpers, ect. and I want them all painted black. Has anyone done this? Pictures? Thanks.

I don't think anyone here has ever done any of that. Might try the 'Search' tool though, may get lucky.
