Panhard bar correction

It is mathematically impossible for the panhard & axle to be in the same
angle/location after a ride height adjustment.

Personally, I don't feel there is a better solution than Eimkeith's
for keeping roll center under control and the axle where it belongs
using factory link/spring locations.
The change in roll center is probably more important than anything else. The slight side-to-side motion you get with (reasonable) lifts is annoying, but not dangerous. Excessive roll in the corners is really unnerving though...

(which reminds me, I *still* need to install mine...)
