Para cord Driver Grab Handle

No problem.. I love it. I've been wanting to redo it cus it's gotten dirty (have had it for around 2 years now) and I want a different color that actually matches my interior.

I'll try and get a picture of it on my lunch break. I can't remember exactly what I did but it involved wrapping it under the last couple wraps, pulling it tight, cutting and burn the end and mashing it down to the threads while it was still hot so when it hardened it stuck to it and wouldn't come unraveled.
 
Seems like a good idea mainly for my 6'3 height and my head, but may I ask what would/could you use the paracord for out in the field?

You could use it for a sling, tie rope, you can actually saw wood with para cord, a snare, inside strands can be used for tender, one of my buddies got in a tight to tie a Christmas tree on top of his car so unraveled the handle I made for him and all was well.

The uses are almost endless really

How long did you make that rear handle? My kids are always looking for a new paracord project and this would keep them busy for a few.

Do you get the burn marks on your fingers too?
 
The hardware you have used (as seen in the pictures) for the driver side handle, and now the rear handle, is that factory hardware? I'm curious, because I definitely want one for my driver-side handle; however, I want it to take a lot of weight, so the strength of the hardware is what will sell me.

Looks like picture hanging hooks and not so strong. Those handles look great though OP! I'm going to check into the bolting area myself and may order 1 from you. I always want to reach for a handle up there.

They are picture hanging hooks rated at 80 lbs each. They are strong and aren't flimsy at all. Let me know if you're interested

The rear handle is factory length and yes the burn marks happen to me as well. Hurts a little but you get used to it
