Parents 4R was vandalized- need help fixing

Just a quick update. Wheel sensor replaced, the 4R was not equipped with fogs, so I just cut and plugged those wires. cut/patched the antenna motor wires (only to find out from my dad that the motor was shot PRIOR to rewiring). The 4R is operational and back on the road. :trophy:

Next headache: radio/clock/12v/dome/maps are out. I've seen that they are all interconnected to the 15A ACC fuse but the fuse is good. I am not 100% sure if this outage was due to the vandalism or was out before. I need to get a volt meter to see if the fuse is getting power. I just don't want to find out that a ground wire was pulled and then have to trace it. :nono:

The primary ground for that system should be coming out of that fuse box and bolted to the body in the engine compartment.

The center console comes out real easy. Just remove the cup holder section (upward with the box lid open), next the shifter cover and then the center console comes right off (pull from the bottom). There are no screws to remove, they are all snapped in.

Gives you easy access to the clock harness. Get one of those 12v testing lights at an auto parts joint for testing for power. Their maybe $3-5 vs. the $25-30 for a meter.

There is also a 15A "Dome" fuse. I think its located in the fuse panel under dash. According to the schematic, it looks like it feed the stuff you mentioned.
