parking brake parts

hi all,
i'm in the process of sourcing parts to replace my parking brake on my 2005 v8 4wd sr5. the entire parking brake system and cables were gutted from the truck before i owned it and a working parking brake is required for safety inspection in my area.

i basically have the parking brake pedal and nothing else. i've purchased the following parts:

2 toyota levers 47612-60020, 47611-60020
2 toyota struts 47613-60020
parking brake shoes (bosch via rock auto)
parking brake hardware kit (raybestos via rock auto)

i still need cables, but not sure what to get. rock auto lists front, rear right and rear left cables for this vehicle. do i need one of each of these? i don't know much about vehicles so i can't look and see for myself.

are there any other parts i may need to get my parking brake operational? thanks for any suggestions or insight into this.

Replacing the parking brakes on these is not an easy task. The location is super tight and it sounds like you have nothing to look at to make sure it's correct. On something like this I will lift both sides and do one side at a time so I can check myself on the other side. As for the cables, if they are gone you will need a left and a right. One side goes over the fuel tank which is a pain to route. You will also need to remove the center console.

thanks, i actually got a quote from a garage to do the work and they told me (more or less) the parts i need to get. just not sure what i need for cables. rock auto's listing for the vehicle shows that i need 3 cables. so i'm still confused. just want to make sure i have everything i need when i drop the vehicle off to have the work done.

There is a 3rd, it's the cable from the pedal near the left kick panel. That ends up under the console and pulls the other 2 cables. I don't think that one gets as much corrosion as it is not under the car like the rest. Maybe it's still intact.

FYI, I just replaced my left parking brake cable and the one I purchased from Rock Auto was made incorrectly. It had a right side cable end casting on it. They are side specific. I ended up ordering one on Amazon and it fit correctly.
