I found this link with lots of pics and hints that others may find useful as the search I conducted in this forum didn't produce the results I was seeking.

I have done this three times now. Regarding the hold down springs ( the hardest part of the job ) get the spring clip tool on Amazon, I think it was 8-9.00. Get a mini screwdriver and put it in the groove on the backside of the backing plate where it meets the axle flange. Position it on the head of the pin, so it holds the pin by itself. Now you have 2 hands to control everything. It has never failed.
