Parking/Emergency brake adjustment help

Question: Step E, where is the shoe adjuster, under the center console? I am trying to replace my rear rotors but the emergency brake shoes are holding the rotor on. I released the cable under the dash but I still have resistance and can't get the rotors off.

I just did this a couple weeks ago. On the diagram in post 13, the connector between the single cable from the pedal to the separate cables to each drum is under the center console. There's room for lots of cable adjustment there. You can access it by removing the shifter knob then popping the whole section of trim around the shifter by grabbing it from the sides and pulling up. Disconnect a few wires and your in. It's tight, but you don't really need to pull the whole storage bin.
