Part number for a check valve

Ive searched for schematics but cant seem to find a part number. I put my 98 ltd into 4x and engaged the rear locker and it started to run rough and die. After looking through the engine compt I found that I may have a bad check valve. After pulling the vacuum hose from the check valve there was a relief in pressure and it ran great after that. I guess thats why I'm assuming that the check valve is the problem. Its a small blue and white piece says AISIN and has about 5 numbers that follow and it runs from the VSV(I think) on the right side of the engine(if looking at the engine w the hood up). I tried looking it up with these numbers and nothing came up. I would post a pic but Im at work until friday and dont have it with me. Has anyone had the same issue? I searched around but couldnt seem to find any other posts that dealt with this issue. My apologies if this has been covered and I missed it.

I don't know the part number off hand but you could get it in 10 minutes if you called Toyota. My local dealership gladly gives out part numbers over the phone.

Were there any codes thrown / is the engine light on?

Thanks...no codes or lights. I'm not even sure what the exact name of the part is other then that it's a check valve. I went to the dealer yesterday but the guy was having trouble pulling up the correct diagram so I couldn't get a visual for him to get a part number. I'll keep searching to see what I can come up with.

90917-10065 - OEM Toyota VALVE, CHECK

Part # 90917-10065. Any old vacuum check valve from an auto parts store that fits the hose will do, however, and cost you $4 instead of $42.

Thing is, I don't see how the check valve is your problem, unless it is really busted externally and is admitting outside air through its case or the hose nipple. If there is a vacuum leak, it is probably upstream of the check valve. Have you tried plugging the line that goes TO the check valve from the 4-way mini-manifold by the VSV to see if the problem is still there?

More likely the leak is from one of the hoses or the reserve vacuum canister inside the fender.
