some people might call it the air mix servo damper. it's located under the glove box. it controls the cable for the A/C and heater. it's a little black unit, maybe 2in x 3in.

Im about to deploy back to the middle east, i just need this part as a temporary fix so my brother can enjoy my truck while I'm gone.

Read my comment in your wanted thread. A 2000 cannot be used in your 2001. You can ONLY use 2001-2002

I have the "Coke bottle" style but any would work for a spare tire I suppose. My 4Runner didn't come with one when I purchased it.

Do you happen to have the mid pipe? The section with the Cat and 02 sensor on it? My O2 sensor went bad and it is rusted out in the pipe.
