How much for the cover plate - shield that you need to remove to get to the oil filter (Im guessing that it will fit an 04 DC) and the heater knobs?

I'll check in the plate. It might stay with the engine or skid plate.

It actually might be the skid plate. It has 4 or 6 bolts holding it to the frame. The entire plate needs to be removed to get to the oil filter.
