Parting out 1999 4runner

On the driver's side of the vehicle, in particular the windshield wiper arm, I need the black cover that hides the bolt used to keep the arm attached to the cowl.

Do you still have the rear spoiler just the spoiler its self i don't need the feet, if so how much shipped to 92530 please respond in PM
