Parts Dealer Recommendation ?

Just got a sweet but high miles (208k) 02 sport. I'll be wanting to do some preventative work on it asap. Although I'll probably have someone else do the work (not much of a mechanic myself) I figured I'd save by ordering parts myself..

I'm wondering if any of u guys might share leads on reputable and affordable parts dealers with me ?! One stop shopping would be ideal as I imagine multiple shipping charges would offset any savings on specific parts but multiple dealers for parts is an option too if its financially prudent and the end result = quality.

FYI - looking initially at getting new radiator, tensioner pulley, possibly a kit with timing belt and water pump.

If you guys with experience have any other tips on what other preventative steps I might look at to potentially avoid future trouble and insure a longer life feel free to lmk.

+1 with ICD using Toyota Camelback. I think they do free shipping over $60 using FedEx Ground as long as the package isn't heavy (they state what weight they begin charging).

As good as the previous owner took care of his 4runner, I doubt there will be many basic preventative tasks to undertake.

Either kit below covers everything except for new upper and lower radiator hoses:

For OEM, previously mentioned links are good. I use Discount Auto Parts Online -- PartsGeek.com - Domestic & Import Auto Parts Warehouse and RockAuto Auto Parts
These two sites have some OEM parts also. Just depends on the part. Prices are good.

tensioner pulley?

Ok, I am NOT mechanically inclined ie. I'm ignorant when it comes to anything auto and parts related. Previous owner told me he understood the ride needed a new tensioner pulley.... He described a "racket" after starting when its really cold which I indeed have heard the last few days.
My question = Is a tensioner pulley synonymous with Tensioner Roller ?
Hydraulic Tensioner ?

I'm trying to determine if either of these kits:
Toyota 3.4L/V6 Complete Timing Belt & Water Pump Kit
TOYOTA 3.4 V6 AISIN TKT-005 COMPLETE 16 pcs TIMING BELT & PUMP KIT
actually include a tensioner pulley !

Yes, both do. It is the pulley that comes out of the blue box labeled Koyo on it (in the second link).

Bad news is that the belt has to come off in order to change it. Now would be the perfect time to change the timing belt, water pump, idler pulley, tensioner, etc.

1sttoyotaparts.com has the cheapest prices I have found. They are employee price. Luckily I now get employee price at my local dealership since I am friends with everyone up there. If I was you I would get the belt, water pump, and other tbelt components through Toyota. The tensioners are expensive through Toyota so you could go with a cheaper alternative such as Advance Auto or something for that. For the radiator I was able to get a brand new Koyo for mine for like $110 shipped off of Amazon. That was cheaper than any other place I could find local or on the internet.

Rockon guys, thx for the help. Probably go ahead and get one of the kits and change it all (should say have it changed by a mechanic) along with a new radiator.
