Passenger Seat Reclines on its Own?

Occasionally, the front passenger seat will recline all the way back on its own. It has not happened when I'm in the car, but sometimes I'll get in the car and notice that it is reclined all the way back. What might be causing this to happen?

If anything, it's spring loaded to go the other direction...

Nobody is getting into the car. The front passenger seat is powered. It has motors that recline it.

I live near an airport, stray transmissions set off power door door locks once

I don't know shit about electricity, but that can't be good when your antenna is just randomly being powered on throughout the night.

It's mildly annoying but doesn't seem to drain the battery.

I got it to stop for a while after replacing the starter, alternator and battery.

Hope the OP's pass. seat doesn't recline going down the road; that would tend to freak out any passenger !

I noticed that it happens in the parking lot at work. The parking lot is very close to a very busy Freeway. I have not noticed it happening at any other location.

This would make total sense, there is a frequency (radio/microwave interference) that is identical to the command for the passenger seat to recline in that general area. Is this the only anomaly?

Its the only anomaly I have noticed.
