Passenger window issue

i can't move the passenger window up or down from the drivers side controls, i am able to operate it fine on the passenger side. I replaced the master power window controls and still doesn't work....any thoughts on what the problem could be?

The simplest and answer is a poorly grounded wire somewhere. What the switches actually do is change the ground -+ to +- to roll the window up or down respectively.

You can hot wire the posts on the switch while still connected to the window and see if it works that way.

After that get the diagram and a volt meter out.
