I just ended up using the Pelfreybilt instructions (which was basically me figuring it out with my buddy and old man).

***One thing to note*** I had to take 3 separate trips to the hardware store as the bolts provided with the bumper were not the right ones. Holler at me if you get hung up - I can dig through receipts to get you what I used if you need.

Any update here? Just got a bumper cheap without the hardware

I just looked at what I have and I am a bit more confident than before. But I invite the extra eyeballs to confirm my bundle is complete.

Any chance anyone has measurements on the additional pieces for mounting? The two guards, the small aluminum plates, and the mountain pieces? May need to fab them myself… also the bolt sizes would be huge if they aren’t just reused from the stock bumper?

None of the bolts and none of the brackets. Got a screaming deal from Facebook marketplace.
I was missing the L brackets and once I had the bumper mounted I just had a guy make them for me. It was 50.00 for the 2. For the other 2 (covers) I don't know what you can do; you will have to see if you can fab something up for under there.
I used Gr8 bolts for the bumper mount IIRC
