performance chip?

I came across this site, TOYOTA 4RUNNER GF Peformance Chip, (might have been an ad here at T4R.org), selling an integrated circuit chip which has some pretty amazing claims (add HP, add MPG, lower emissions...).

Any legitimacy to this?

I did a search here on T4R forums for the vendor, but it came up zero.

OK, what you need to ask yourself is if it really can add 60hp for $70, why would anyone on here bother spending upwards of $3k on a full supercharger setup?

You should try it out and report back to us how it does absolutely nothing. If you didnt find anything from your search, then that answers your question.
