Photo Timeline of my 4Runner {LOTS OF PICS}

a little preview of what's gonna be happening with my truck in the next 2 weeks:

TJM T-17 bumper & 2" BL Brackets- will be delivered towards the end of the week, installed Tuesday the 16th most likely
1st Gen T4R Roll Bar- picking up Monday afternoon from Techno! (thanks Rob!) to be welded in with the sliders and stinger tubes a la armorology
OEM Limited (w/o door cladding) Flares already painted- will arrive towards the end of the week and to be installed with the TJM on Tuesday
Savage Off Road Sliders- will be welded on with the roll bar and with the stinger tubes on the TJM

i'm excited. yup.

I like the way you transformed the 4runner but I especially like how it looked after mudding. That mud is really caked on there. Awesome post and those bf's look awesome with the rim package. :cheers:

Nice build Liny...I'll be receiving my 2" BL from 4Crawler this week. After I installed it I will start fabbing my front tube bumper, rear bumper w/ tire carrier and slider. Hopefully thing will fall in time.

to each his own. I cant stand the 17. I think it looks re****ed. But I think once LINY is done putting the push bar sorta thing on there it will look cool. I just cant stand the look with nothing on top of the bumper.

yeah..but yours is definitely worth more than mine. the brackets are a little tweaked and i am missing the side wings and it looks like it has been resprayed like 10 times..mine definitely one to buy and fix up. i just haven't done the fixing part yet

Today was by far the most productive Saturday I've had in a long long time.

Also, I fitted my new fender flares!!
The fronts were easy, a few trim screws and it was all set. The rears were the funky part, because my truck never came with flares, so there's no holes in my body for clips. And I wasn't about to start drilling. Instead I used OME Toyota FIPG, which I have a ton of, and it stands for Form In Place Gasket. I picked it over a regular glue because it's thick and it has body to it, as opposed to a super glue or epoxy which won't expand, it'll just run. It's basically black silicone, used on anything from oil pan gaskets to door seals to exterior trim. It's a great multi purpose adhesive. And like I said, I've got like 30 tubes of it left over at home :flipoff:

Yeah it worked out great! I gotta get a closeup for you, man...I clay barred the sh!t out of them and then Zymol'd and Top Coated them, they look better than the paint on my truck now hahaha
I'd say 85% of the scratches came right out, and the rest match my truck...if there weren't any scratches the flares would stand out too much hahaha

I'm not sure exactly what trim model they're for, some people tell me Sport, some people say Limited. I would say Sport because the Limiteds have the door cladding too, and the fact that CSL's truck is a Sport Edition lol
