I hope this is not a pre mid life crisis reaction to the thinning of the fur.
My brother's best friend has it's brother/cousin, the BRZ. Other than those skinny tires and some understeer, it is a blast to drive.

If anything it's a quarter-life crisis...how old do you think I am?!
We'll the main story behind this is that my girlfriends car popped a head gasket. She's $8000 in medical bills debt from before she got her current job so she's got A) no money and B) too much debt to buy a car on her own. And being that I'm trying to buy a house within the next 12 months I can't risk co-signing for her and having her miss a payment or two. So I got this, she's gonna drive my Camry until she gets her head above water and everyone wins!
I've only had it 3 days and I've been on a little bit of a road trip this weekend so I haven't had the chance to get some more real pictures...they'll be coming...

Oh and in case anyone's worried about Summer; I still need to pull the axle shafts and 3rd member to fish out that locker motor gear, but I just haven't had a decent day to do it...we've been below freezing and/or raining/snowing for the last 3 weeks or so...
I'm off on Wednesday...they're saying it's supposed to be 47 degrees (woo!) but with a 100% chance of rain :redbrick:

That's a nice looking car for sure! My friend has an FRS as well, which surprised me since he works at McDonald's(bless his heart haha). Just started playing Forza 5 yesterday, that was the first car I picked (GT86 at least), and just stared at it for a while asking myself how long it would be before I could drive one haha. One day. Take good care of it!

I spotted a gorgeous cobalt blue FRS at the dealer the other day - I had to walk away quick. I want one of those very very bad, congrats!

yep- FR layout with a 2.0L Boxer, 6-speed and LSD.
They NAILED IT when putting this car together for sure, it's a true driver's car; zippy, flat through corners, planted, fantastic traction control, rigid chassis but comfortable enough to daily drive, DEEP bucket seats.
It's really only lacking a little extra power...if they built it for 200rwhp rather than 200bhp it would be the perfect car.
Mine's the "10 Series" which is for Scion's 10-year anniversary...it's number 1867 of 2500...limited goodies like smartkey with push-button start, auto climate control, limited edition paint code, light up emblems, TRD Exhaust, etc...

So I may have fixed the death wobble...but I won't know because something bad happened...
this is my rear locker motor...there's supposed to be a gear there...and the gear is supposed to be held on by an e-clip. Both are missing, I'm assuming inside my rear diff housing...

But hey on the bright side I got my ditch light kit from [MENTION=64712]CBI OffRoad Fab[/MENTION] installed!
Are these brackets available for purchase/ any info on where to get them?

??? in the quote you just posted it says "Ditch Light Kit from CBI Offroad Fab". I would assume CBI sells a ditch light kit, which would consist of the brackets…

those frs are amazing..
I was at the dealer yesterday and saw 2.. one was an manual while the other was auto..
only downside is, being 6'1'.. it leaves no leg room for the rear passenger.. I put the seats all the way back and there is hardly any space... if anything, that should be boot space..
How's the frs been treating you Brian?

lol I'm 5'5" and there's still no legroom in the rear...BUT the way the seat backs are shaped it curves around your knees and the seats are high enough for your feet to fit under...so rear passengers are basically shoehorned in but once you're in it's not that bad.........until it's time to get back out again lol
