i like the rims, yours looks much better without the grill guard IMO, and my favorite trucks are yours or Clemsonfans, must be those sequio rims.

what did you use to paint your rims? the black i used on my old car sucked and chipped off. i would love to know what you used

The process of painting my rims was stretched over about 3 weeks.

First I cleaned them up REAL good...every little spot (prep work defines how the paint will ultimately come out)

I then gave it 2 coats of regular primer and let them sit for a few days.
Then I did the red lips, 4 coats on each wheel, allowing a day to set for each coat.
Then I baked each wheel in an old oven I found for an hour(at 300*).
Once the red lips were set, I taped off the lip and scuffed up the spokes with emery paper.(this removes the red overspray and also ives the paint some surface to stick to)
Again with the 2 coats of primer, and sitting a day or two.
Then I did about 6 (yes, 6) coats of SEMI-GLOSS BLACK engine enamel. I basically bought 4 cans of paint and used one can for each wheel.
Again I baked each wheel at 300* for one hour.

I did the centercaps in the same engine enamel, which was a mistake, because they're chipping now. I'm gonna have to find some plastic-specific paint for them.

I let them sit for about a week after everything was all set and done before I installed the tires.
**When you have the tires installed alot of times they will use the correct lube to get the bead over the lip. MAKE SURE THEY USE THIS and not silicone lubricant(like alot of shops will do because it's faster) The silicone lubricant will melt away the new paint before you can turn around to grab the tire. I found this out the hard way on my old wheels**

It's probably the lift becuase I'm cranking about 9 mpg. I try to drive
it easy.

i'm sure it's the extra weight of the tires...but actually driving harder gives me better gas mileage...odd...

December 2009 update!

FINALLY installed my OME 882 front coils and OME 90004 front struts and took some pics...also got a pair of "TRD Off Road" decals for the rear quarters in red and black to match the wheels:
