Remove the two scores on the sides, pull the reflector out, then pull the bulb & put a new one in. Like crashman said, use gloves if you touch the glass. You can change the bulb without the need for gloves or touching the glass though as long as you only touch the metal part.

Don't know why you're replacing the bulb or which bulb yours has but I'd recommend switching to the PIAA extreme white 85=110W bulb if that's not what you already have in there.

One of the bulbs I think just got burnt out. I have had them and used them quite a bit. appreciate the tips on installation.
 
Yeah!

Was the OP trying to find out how to install PIAA headlight bulbs in the high/low beam sockets? Why would that be different than any other bulb?

Not any different but with these lamps tips like using gloves are helpful.
