PIAA LED Foglights

Anyone try them yet?

I really like to prospect of super low power consumption. Even with a future dual battery setup planned, it would free up a lot of power for other jungle toys.

I would say with the name PIAA on it they will be pretty nice, but till someone gets a pair, we will never know...lol

i dont yet have a set but i know a couple guys who do, and they are bright, and draw way less power than say like the 520s or 510s... go for it man, PIAA does not make a single bad product imo

Too bad I am above the great 49th jack job. I get it, I worked international shipping coordinator in one life, the duties and tarrifs are through the roof, but if Bongo can pull it off without jacking the Canadians, why can't everyone? Think of the business they are missing out on not offering international shipping on all the good stuff. :cry2:

I can see it now, dual battery setup, solar trickle charger, low draw PIAAs, all the toys plugged in on inversion.... arty: ...stress free jungle journeys.

How is the light pattern, any idea? I would imagine it's more long and narrow? Not exactly perfect for night crawling, but that is why you supplement with the 520's for the slow go! Mo money mo toys

you know im not sure what the pattern is like, as i have not ridden in any of their trucks. but i have a feeling like they are a driving beam, or fog beam but idk. i have converted as much of my lighting to LED as i can, all my dash and interior lights, marker, turn signals and tail lights are all LED, and most of them are PIAAs. im trying to save power consumption where i can lol, with 1160w of aftermarket light draw(at full draw) on my truck and only one battery and the stock alt, i need to conserve where i can lol
