PIAA wiper blades upgrades?

Ok, I have had my PIAA wiper blades for a few months and they are def. quiet but I have found a few issues.
It seems like the ends of the blades are starting to streak a little bit. We did have quite a bit of snow and ice this year I wonder if that could have messed up the blades.
Another annoyance is the blade does not reach the upper driver side corner of the windshield. There is a 4inch square where the curve of the blade is not matching the curve of the window. I was wondering if anyone else has noticed these problems.
That being said these are still a big step up from OEM or cheap Anco brand blades.

I am also starting to see degradation on the PIAA Wiper Blades. A gap has started between the blade and the windshield on the passenger side. They are starting to smear the water rather than clear it. But, we have had a rough winter here in Detroit. They are still better than the Anco blades. I purchased Oct. 1st last year.
I hope you can get just the refills for these blades.
