Bilstein 6112/5160. Bilstein Coils Rear. Set at 2" in front and 1" in back.
BFG K02 285 70 17. Load Class C. 50lbs. Dobinsons Upper Control Arms-really like these because the provide the caster needed but are maintenance free like the stock UPC's. Caster was at 3.8 but they said there was more range available if needed. Moved the front liner forward about an inch no rubbing. Although, keep in mind if you run a wider rim you will likely rub more. Lift eliminated the nose dive....when I had the lift set at 1.6/1 it was probably 65% better I would say 90% better now. This would lead me to believe it is improved from the suspension as well as the change in rake from front to back.
I drove one hour highway stretch to the install averaged 20.5mpg on the way there on stock tires but had the 6112/5160 but at 1.6 and 1...although this shouldn't affect MPG in any meaningful way. On the way back 19.2. Minimal wind.
Hopefully this helps someone. I spent a lot of time researching different options etc. I wanted to have something that was capable offroad but still had decent mpg , maintained down travel, and didn't significantly compromise CV's. Overall very happy.
