We have decided on doing Pilot Rock Truck Trail this Monday after Christmas. If anyone else is interested in going, reply here. Also, if anyone has done Pilot Rock before, a starting/meeting point suggestion is welcome.

As usual, I'll have my camera to take photos, as well as my drone for video footage.

Put me as a maybe. I've got a friend coming to town and I'm supposed to meet up with her on Monday, but I don't know when. If we're meeting for dinner, I'm in, if we're meeting for lunch I'm out. I'd invite her along, but I think she's supposed to be meeting up with her sister in law at some point during the day which why I don't know whether it's lunch or dinner yet.

Silverwood Lake Parking is a good meet point. The trail starts right there. Pilot rock was mostly fire road with a couple harder off shoots, but with the fires I think the entire trail was changed. There have been a couple guys from TW that have run it since and they mentioned a lot of grading on the trail. 2n17x was the HARD off shoot, which I haven't run, but not sure it still exists. I'm 90% in at this point. Meeting my friend Sunday night, mostly now it depends on whether my son is feeling good enough to go since he's coming down with a nasty cough.

I ran that trail a few years ago, the fire road was pretty fun to say the least. The rains and snow expected on Christmas day should make 26th a pretty fun trip.
